Joining/renewal
Renewal note for Members: If you paid by Direct Debit last year then your payment will be taken automatically by Web Collect and you should receive an email confirmation on or around 1st April.
If you have paid previously by cheque or bank transfer then you will receive an order confirmation from Web Collect and a request for payment at the end of March. If you wish to pay via Paypal then you can do so and you will receive a receipt immediately.
If you do not have a Direct Debit in place and want to renew your membership before you book for the MEG conference (so that you can claim concessionary rates) then please visit the Web Collect site for MEG for MEG and click on 'renew your subscription'
New joiners: You are invited to join MEG by visiting the Web Collect pages where you can select your appropriate subscription rate. Subscriptions via Direct Debit are automatic at the start of each subscription year and you will be notified that your payment has been made. If you select to pay via bank transfer you will need to action from your bank account each new subscription year.
Our subscription year runs from April 1st to March 31st.

The membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March and the membership rates are currently:
Individual | Concessionary* |
£30 | £25 |
If you want your journal sent to an address outside the UK, but within the EU, you will need to add £4 for postage, and £7 for the rest of the world.
* Concessionary rate available to those on low incomes (below £18,000), whether students, those in entry-level jobs, pensioners or part-time workers.
